TIMELINE
The following is a timeline of events occuring in the Jormuwagüllandr universe.
Events in this timeline range from the creation of its universe to the current events

The blind age
-The universe is dark. Creatures live blind and unseeing
-Rise of mythic beings and watchers
Beginning
The universe is dark, unseen and unformed.
The keeper of time was there, ever present and watching all that occurred, without judgment.
Eventually The seer came into existence, a being with one clear vision, one eye. Structured and composed.
And at the same time, the blind one. No eyes, just instinct, chaos and constant movement.
When these two came to be, worlds were already in existence. And it fell onto them to act as the governing beings of the universe.
For this reason a set of rules was created by the seer and the blind one. The pale scripture. Carved and embedded into the pillars of faith. And enforcers of those rules were appointed, Known as ‘the Pale ordained’.
The Pale scripture.
-creation: the universe is Mental, everything is thought.
-polarity: Everything has poles, opposites. And opposites are merely two extremes of the same thing. meaning that something can transform from one pole to another. And that everything generates extremes. There are dualities in everything. and poles attract or repel
-rythm: Everything has its tides, all things rise and fall. Events and cycles occur in a rhythmic pattern, with an ebb and flow.
-relativity (
-Vibration: Nothing rests, everything moves, everything vibrates. Everything is in motion. From the smallest particles to the largest galaxies, even mental states involve vibration.
-cause and effect: Every action has its effect, and every effect has its cause. Nothing happens by chance. every event is the result of a previous cause. And becomes the cause for future events.
-gender: Gender is in everything, every gender contains feminine and masculine principles. This is not limited to biological sex but refers to the masculine (active and feminine (receptive) principles that are present in all things and is necessary for creation.
-perpetual transmutation of energy (energy cannot be contained or captured)
-Correspondence: As above, so below. As below, so above. This principle suggests that there is a correspondence between the different planes of existence.
Myths of the blind
During this dark time, worlds developed. Ecosystems flourished and withered. Creatures of all sorts came into existence, simply to be wiped out again. Intelligent life and beings of mythical proportions, the wild gods. And others, Caer Meiborsig, Idtris, Nythalorr, Vaelith, Orrakayl, Eltheruun, are but a few.
Some of these beings operate independent from the seer and the blind one, but always within their domain and by the rules of pale scripture.

Rise of the sightless
- A race of sentient beings, the sightless Evolve.
- They begin weak but grow stronger and more arrogant
- Eventually they challenge mythical beings, in an attempt to get rid of their cruel living conditions. No longer playthings for gods.
- Older and stronger deities set them ablaze and throw them into the void.
- The sightless become stars, creating light in the universe
Rise of the sightless.
During this time there was no light, everything was dark and living beings were blind. There was simply no use for eyes.
A race of sentient beings that have come to be known as the sightles, started its Journey. Weak at first. barely able to sustain themselves. Playthings for the gods. Sacrifices for rituals and cruel jokes.
Ultimately growing stronger and arrogant. Until they felt that even beings of myths and fables could be defeated. They rebelled, first murdering Plague. Others followed.
Gods soon took notice and decided that they needed to set an example. In the battle that followed it became clear how strong the sightless had become. However, still no match for Gods they were set ablaze and thrown into the void. Where they would burn eternally. Effectively turning them into stars. Creating the conditions for humans to appear and forming the guiding light for humanity. Beginning the age of flames.

By sacrifice and eternal suffering of the Sightless, the stars were birthed. These ancient beings, arrogant enough to challenge the oldest deities. Were set aflame by the divine and cast across the heavens. Each of them, now a burning monument of hubris. Their suffering lights the void. Forming stars and bringing light to the universe. Giving way to new life. And among that new life, humans.
From grit and perseverance, the first empire rose. Ashvalen, the city of thirteen eyes. Forged by Breagar the builder. It stood tall against the primordial chaos. A bastion of mortal will amidst divine whims. The world was still thick with gods, beasts and things that remembered the time before light.
In these times, humans carved cities from the bones of the earth:

First bronze, then iron - then steel refined by occult furnaces. Armor sculpted to perfection.
Swords were sacred.
New kingdoms were built.

The kingdom of ends, ruled by the king of rot.
The red rock kingdom of Petriroux, with it’s formidable castle carved out of the red rock mountains. surrounded by lush green vegetation. Founded by the bored king, Gilmesh. Who left his kingdom in search of adventure.
Empire of the black sun, Ruled by Genlor the Bright and later his son. Eduard the Bright.

the downfall of human society, war amongst themselves. manipulated by deities and higher beings. A misunderstanding of the pale scripture guiding their downfall.
Then came gunfire, alchemical fires and explosives echoing across the battlefields. Every chemical reaction guided by the pale scripture and manipulated by gods and the divine. Guns misfire without divine approval and explode in the users hand by whim of the gods. Explosives detonate unexpectedly or stay inert.

The world bled, and gods watched with growing interest or disdain.
Technology flourished, a digital era. Computers driven by data on cassette tapes and tablets. Motorised vehicles and aeroplanes.
Through these new technologies other cities flourished.
The radioactive kingdom of the Kyshtim, where experiments are made with nuclear energy. To feed and empower the body. It’s law enforced by the kraken of kyshtim and ruled by Queen Marie.
The great wars
With advancement came pride, and men began to fight each other. The forces of the black sun, the Kysthim, morphine kids,
Influenced by gods and myths, they united and divided themselves. Waging war amongst themselves and against the divine. generating giant wastelands.
During these trying times, the foundations of this universe, the Pale scripture was broken. Energy slowly vanishing into nothing, depleting life and universe of material and life force. A cataclysmic event empowering gods and deities even further.The world collapsed, some structures and mechanisms held onto their position and power. Others just broke down. Old mechanisms still active, now forgotten.
What followed was not extinction, but disorientation. A broken timeline. Humans forgot what year it was. Civilizations lived in ancient towers with neon billboards.
Floating islands broke away, havens for the rich and guilty. Too proud to descend. The surface became a warped mosaic of tech, myth and madness.
The gods watching, waiting, using humanity for their own pleasure.
And below, humanity still crawled, still believing it could rise again.
It is here that Dolostov’s story begins, in a place where the Pale scripture is failing and broken.
